The Bellperson will represent Fairmont Palliser by providing excellent guest service and will achieve this by having a complete knowledge of all aspects of the position. This position will be of interest to those who will quickly make a difference to service levels by demonstrating a relentless desire to exceed guest expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent guest service and encourage positive employee relations
• Accountable for remaining productive and efficient while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Excellent knowledge and adherence of Fairmont standards
• Answer guest inquiries regarding Calgary and the hotel services and facilities
• Assist guests with all luggage needs
• Ensure the arrival and departure of all tours is a seamless process and competed in a timely, efficient manner
• Assist doorpersons with valet services when required
