Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Food Runner, you’re not just expediting food orders – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Expedite all food orders that come out of the window in a timely manner. Make sure that all orders are fulfilled and all modifications to the food orders have been done correctly by the Culinary/Kitchen staff.
• Prep side work and keep condiment products in the back storeroom organized and stocked. Provide the Manager on Duty a daily order for perishable products.
• Cleanliness: Sanitize all food areas and surfaces on a daily basis.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
