Head Concierge

Purpose

As Head Concierge, you will embody the essence of hospitality, entrusted with the task of taking our guests’ experiences to new heights. You will lead and inspire a team of 4 Concierge professionals, using your passion and direction to ignite exceptional customer service. Your leadership style is supportive, fun and stylish, injecting a sense of enjoyment into every day.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a team of 4 Concierge team members, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Foster genuine connections with guests, making them feel valued and comfortable during their stay
  • Facilitate the on boarding process for new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Maintain an atmosphere of positivity, exuding an unwavering “can-do” attitude
  • Lead the Concierge team collaboratively, jointly crafting unforgettable service experiences
  • Approach guest challenges like an intrepid explorer, relentlessly seeking solutions that ignite smiles
  • Assist guests with transport and travel arrangements, luggage delivery, storage, parking and valet services

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience as a Concierge, ready to flex your leadership skills and take the next step in your career
  • The knack for juggling multiple tasks, thriving under pressure, and quick thinking to address issues or guest concerns is a must
  • Willingness to embrace a flexible rotating roster, including evening, weekend and public holiday shifts as required
