Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Barista, and working properly – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Restock lobby cafe: Take inventory and replenish lobby cafe items using handheld point-of-sale (POS) system while verifying product expiration dates
• Prepare guest requests and checks with care: Accurately prepare guest’s coffee and tea, hence accurately document and process guest checks for lobby cafe usage to ensure proper billing
• Keep equipment running smoothly: Perform regular checks to confirm lobby cafe are functioning properly and report/address any operational issues
• Maintain cleanliness: Clean and organize lobby cafe to ensure guest satisfaction
