ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full 

conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.

 

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is differentbut you’ll mostly be:

  • Oversee restaurants’ daily preparations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals.
  • Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them.
  • Effectively coordinate daily restaurant management operations for greater productivity and higher levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor dining/restaurant seating changes as necessary and address any guest concerns accordingly.
  • Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices.
  • Ensures guest satisfaction with all aspects of the various restaurant outlets and dining experience.
  • Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
  • Handles guests’ complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and control labor, beverage and operating costs to achieve departmental budget targets.
  • Analyse outlet performance, guest feedback, and financial results to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement.
  • Support the development and execution of promotions, special events and upselling initiatives to maximise revenue.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering processes and stock controls to minimise waste and prevent shortages.
  • Ensure outlet profitability through effective cost management and strong commercial decision-making.
