The Island Chapter 

Luura begins its journey in Paros with two distinct yet connected expressions.

Luura Paros Cliff, opening May 2026, features 39 thoughtfully designed rooms set above the sea.

One year later, Luura Paros Sand follows with 49 additional rooms and a collection of vibrant food and social spaces that capture another rhythm of the island.

Your Role in the Story

As a Service Specialist at LUURA, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional Mimi Kakushi dining experience, combining refined restaurant service with strong knowledge of Japanese-inspired cuisine, culture, and hospitality.

You represent the spirit of Omotenashi, the Japanese philosophy of welcoming and caring for guests with genuine respect, anticipation, and attention to detail. You guide guests through the menu, provide thoughtful recommendations, and ensure that every dish and beverage is presented accurately and elegantly.

Working closely with the restaurant management, kitchen, bar, and service teams, you support the smooth operation of each service while upholding LUURA, Mimi Kakushi, and RIKAS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their dining experience.
• Deliver attentive and personalized service in line with the principles of Omotenashi and Mimi Kakushi service standards.
• Guide guests through the food and beverage menus, explaining dishes, ingredients, preparation methods, flavour profiles, and Japanese dining traditions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of seasonal menus, signature dishes, chef’s recommendations, daily specials, allergens, and dietary requirements.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and clearly communicate allergies, modifications, and special requests to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Provide personalized menu recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
