As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading the team and ensuring every detail is just right. Your role will be as varied as the guests we serve, and we want someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, get involved, and manage the operations with flair and creativity.

• Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring top-notch service and a positive atmosphere at all times.
• From greeting guests to ensuring smooth service throughout, your goal is always to exceed guest expectations.
• You’ll train and guide your team ‘on the job,’ helping them grow and develop their skills to create a well-oiled machine.
• Manage daily operations, including reservations, welcoming guest, handling complaints and ensuring a smooth flow during service.
• You’ll be the person to rely on for all operational tasks; making sure everything’s running like clockwork.
• Support our Restaurant Manager and Assistant with their improvement projects

• You have a natural gift for hospitality and love making people feel special. You’ve got an eye for detail and never lose sight of the big picture.
• You are passionate about managing and inspiring teams, with a positive, energetic attitude that motivates others.
