Revenue Executive

Main Duties:

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc revenue performance reports.
• Analyze business trends, identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support forecasting activities using RMS Tools, CoStar, BI & Revenue Analytics Tools like Demand 360, Rate Shopper

Revenue Optimization

• Support and execute pricing, inventory, and market segment strategies to maximize revenue.
• Analyze demand, competitor positioning, and channel performance to optimize rates.
• Manage group quotations and revenue planning activities in the absence of the Director of Revenue.

Reservation Operations

• Review daily reservation, cancellation, prepaid, and no-show reports to ensure booking accuracy.
• Conduct audits on prepaid bookings and no-show procedures to protect revenue.
• Support Opera PMS configuration and maintain close coordination with the Reservations team.

E-Commerce & Distribution

• Manage hotel website and OTA platforms to maximize revenue, visibility, and direct bookings.
• Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, and timely updates across all distribution channels.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate digital promotions, social media campaigns, and OTA partnerships to drive revenue growth in collaboration with Marketing Team.

Online Distribution Reporting & Performance

• Prepare and present monthly online distribution performance reports.
• Analyze direct and indirect channel performance, conversion, and revenue contribution.
