Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick’s rich culinary legacy. The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 408 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share across key segments including MICE, leisure, and corporate.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
* Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key partners, agencies, and MICE clients.
* Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.
* Work closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams to maximize commercial performance.
* 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably with a 5-star international chain
* Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing key market segments, particularly MICE and international markets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to lead teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
