Director of Marketing

Rixos Properties is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Marketing (Head of Department) to lead and oversee the entire marketing department. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for setting the long-term marketing vision, aligning marketing strategies with business objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns across all channels. This senior leadership role requires an individual with proven expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications, as well as the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy Development: Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with Rixos Properties’ business goals. Manage the marketing department, ensuring effective execution of all marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
• Brand Vision & Positioning: Oversee and refine the brand’s positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s mission, values, and target market. Drive brand awareness and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Ensure that all marketing campaigns are cohesive, well-executed, and deliver measurable results.
• Digital Transformation: Lead the digital marketing efforts, ensuring a robust online presence through SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media. Foster innovation in digital marketing practices and lead the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
