Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming, advising and providing attentive service to customers
• Ensuring the quality of services in accordance with Radisson Hotels Group standards
• To ensure the setup, smooth running of the service and management of one’s rank
• Coordinate communication with the kitchen, bar, and catering teams
• Handle order taking, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Participate in the support of the wait staff
• Ensure the cleanliness of the dining areas and compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty

• You have at least one year of experience in a similar position within a hotel or restaurant of a similar category.
• You possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• You are known for your neat appearance, your smile and your professionalism.
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, responsiveness, and autonomy.
• You enjoy teamwork and can thrive in a dynamic environment
