We’re looking for a reliable and motivating Food and Beverage Supervisor to support our F&B Manager in leading the team at Courtyard by Marriott Aberdeen Airport and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience during every shift.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading by example, and helping a team perform at its best. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week.

Rate – £13.42 hour

About the Role

Courtyard by Marriott Aberdeen Airport is a contemporary hotel just a short walk from Aberdeen International Airport, welcoming both business and leisure travellers from around the world. As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will support the F&B Manager in the day-to-day running of the F&B operation, supervising our Food and Beverage Experts on shift and stepping in to lead when the Manager is unavailable. You will be a visible presence on the floor, guiding the team, supporting guests, and helping keep every shift running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Leadership and Team Development

• Supervise, motivate, and support the Food and Beverage Experts on shift, acting as a role model for service, professionalism, and presentation
• Check the grooming and attire of team members at the start of each shift and address any deficiencies promptly
• Provide on-the-job coaching and clear direction to Food and Beverage Experts throughout service
• Act as the first point of contact for team questions and concerns during a shift, escalating to the F&B Manager where needed
• Support the F&B Manager with training new team members on job responsibilities, food safety standards, and company core values
• Recognise good performance and encourage the team to take ownership of their roles

Operations and Service

• Support the F&B Manager in overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring optimum service and guest satisfaction
