The Role
As Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will oversee a designated section of the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring that all pastries, desserts, and baked creations are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency. You will play an important role in supporting the Pastry leadership team, developing junior colleagues, and contributing to exceptional culinary experiences during this exciting pre-opening phase.
