Hôtel 3* situé en périphérie de Chartres avec 66 chambres, 4 salles de séminaires dont 2 modulables et un restaurant “Le Francis” proposant une cuisine traditionnelle avec des produits de saison
Vous êtes en charges des arrivées, des départs avec le respect des standards du groupe ACCOR,
Gérer le flux de la clientèle, les appels téléphoniques
Prendre les réservations pour l’hôtel, le restaurant
Etre le relais des différents services (restaurant, cuisine, étage et technique)
Effectuer toutes les opérations liées à l’activité
Avoir un esprit d’équipe, un sens relationnel, vous mettez tout en oeuvre pour satisfaire le client
Etre à l’aise avec le français et l’anglais
Bonne gestion du stress et capacité à prendre des initiatives
Maîtrise d’Opéra Cloud et du Pack Office
Contrat CDD à pourvoir immédiatement
