JOB DESCRIPTION 主な職務内容 ヒルトン大阪に宿泊のゲスト、会員の方等がご利用になるフィットネスセンターでの業務です。 ・ジム機器の正しい使用方法を理解し、会員やゲストにアドバイスする。 ・プール、ジム、レセプションを適切にカバーする。 ・定期的なプールテストの実施 ・レセプション、更衣室、プールサイド、ジム施設の簡単な清掃 ・安全に関する規制を遵守するようゲストに理解してもらうように伝える ・ホテルのゲストや会員に施設を紹介する ※パーソナルトレーナーの業務ではございません。 求める要件 スポーツジムや、フィットネスセンターでの受付業務経験者 高いレベルの衛生管理と身だしなみ基準 ゲストに対して積極的な態度 優れたコミュニケーション能力 簡単な英会話能力 高いレベルのカスタマーサービスを提供できる方 チームをまとめるリーダーシップ What will it be like to work for Hilton?
