RESUMO DA POSIÇÃO

Responsável pelo preparo de ingredientes para a cozinha, incluindo porcionar, cortar e armazenar alimentos. Higienizar e descascar frutas e vegetais frescos. Pesar, medir e misturar ingredientes conforme receitas e padrões de qualidade. Preparar e cozinhar alimentos seguindo checklist de produção e apresentação. Elaborar pratos frios e operar equipamentos como fornos, fogões, grelhas, micro-ondas e fritadeiras. Testar e monitorar o ponto de cocção, garantindo a qualidade durante todo o processo. Organizar e desmontar a estação de trabalho, servir alimentos nas porções corretas e em recipientes adequados. Realizar a limpeza e desinfecção da cozinha, mesas, utensílios e equipamentos, além de verificar regularmente a temperatura dos aparelhos e dos alimentos.

Seguir todas as políticas e procedimentos de segurança da empresa; reportar necessidades de manutenção, acidentes ou condições inseguras ao gestor; concluir treinamentos e certificações de segurança. Manter uniforme e aparência pessoal limpos e profissionais; preservar a confidencialidade de informações internas e proteger os ativos da empresa. Comunicar-se de forma clara e profissional, desenvolver relacionamentos positivos com colegas e apoiar a equipe para alcançar objetivos comuns. Atender aos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos. Permanecer em pé, sentado ou caminhando por períodos prolongados durante o turno; alcançar acima da cabeça e abaixo dos joelhos, incluindo movimentos de flexão, torção e agachamento. Movimentar, levantar, carregar, empurrar e posicionar objetos de até 11 kg sem auxílio e até 23 kg com auxílio. Executar outras tarefas razoáveis conforme solicitado pelos supervisores.
