Description:

  • As this position will lead of Front Office department.
    To ensure front office management tasks such as workflows
  • forms
  • Team members training are running smoothly.
    To ensure desk operating system such as Opera
  • Ving Card
  • Operator system are working properly.
    – Implementation and training of SOP and all policies & procedures as per ONYX standard to the department.
    – Deliver a high quality guest experience in accordance with established standards.
    – Meets
  • greets and escorts guests to the room in accordance with the hotel’s standards and as assigned.
    – Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for service recovery.

Qualifications:

  • Able to manage the operation
  • provide training and procedure and strong leadership skills.
    – Have strong ability to handle and drive Guest experience.
    – Minimum 2 year of experiences in 3 star hotel.
    – Proficient in OPERA system.
    – Proficient in English communication
    – Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
    – Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
