Your role in the journey

As Assistant Meeting & Events Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind flawless event operations. From high-profile conferences to elegant weddings, you’ll ensure every detail reflects our promise of authentic luxury.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and supervising day-to-day operations for meetings and events.
• Managing setups with creativity and efficiency, tailored to guest requirements.
• Acting as the main contact person during events, ensuring smooth communication with all departments.
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintaining brand standards while continuously seeking improvements in culinary concepts and F&B offerings.
• Handling unforeseen circumstances with flexibility and professionalism.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in managing high-volume events in a 5-star environment.
• Hands-on approach and motivation to ensure smooth operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Eye for detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
