Job Mission:  You will be responsible for exceptional service at the establishment’s points of sale, reporting to the Food and Beverage Director.

What will your main responsibilities be? 

1. Manage and control the profit and loss account of the different points of sale, as well as the implementation of the action plans necessary to correct deviations with respect to the budgets of each point of sale.
2. Ensure compliance with the quality standards and objectives set by the company.
3. Ensure compliance with the HACCP quality program, as well as operating standards and procedures.
4. To oversee the control of purchase orders and stock at each point of sale.
5. Determine the optimal staffing levels for Restaurants and Bars according to the authorized Staffing Guide.
6. Ensure the preparation of work shifts for each team.
7. Maintaining harmony and a positive work environment.
8. To ensure the retention of talent and the professional development of the different work teams.

1. Management and creation of upselling strategies for different points of sale to achieve set objectives.

What are we looking for? 

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position is required.
• Diploma in Tourism or similar. Postgraduate studies or a Master’s degree in Food & Beverage Management will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language will be considered an asset.
• Focus on results and the economic objectives set by the company.
• Experience in team management, leadership, customer focus, as well as planning and organizational skills.
