  The Opportunity: 

  The Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale is in search of a dynamic leader to join the team as Residence Club Front Desk Assistant Manager. This position will be primarily focused on the Front Desk and Guest Services operations of the Residence Club assisting Four Seasons Residence Club owners and guests. You will be a point of contact for day-to-day operational needs, including answering basic questions pertaining to the Four Seasons interval and fractional ownership, and maintaining their experience at the highest satisfactory level.

  Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Manages the front desk and guest services employees
  • Interviews, trains, and schedules the staff and conducts Performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed
  • Coordinates arrivals, departures, and support relative departments as necessary
  • Assist Owner Services team with room blocks for arrivals and ensure any discrepancies are resolved
  • Reviews daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of Special Attention Guests, Return Guests, and Groups
  • Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed
  • Drive the product and service quality of the Residence Club operation to its highes
