In direct contact with the Revenue Management and Reservation Services team of all the Hotels of the Melia France group (Melia Paris la Défense, Innside Paris Charles de Gaulle, Melia Paris Champs Elysées, Melia Paris Vendôme, Hotel Paris Opera, Villa Marquis, Maison Colbert) you will participate in the optimization of the overall turnover of the Hotels.
Main Missions:
• Analyze the competition and markets
• Monitor competitive pricing
• Analyze pick-ups (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Verify and track pick-ups with reservation services
• Prepare activity reports (results, follow-ups, statistics, etc.)
• Track reservations and commissions
• Update the various tools available to analyze activity and optimize hotel revenue
• Participate in communication and training for teams on Revenue Management processes
PROFILE SOUGHT
• Degree being pursued: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Hospitality Management school or a business school
• Experience in luxury hotels is preferred
• Fluent English or Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of OPERA software is a plus

• Apprenticeship contract starting September/October

• Weekly working hours: 39 hours
• 2 consecutive days off per week
• Meal allowance
• 1 RTT (reduced working time) per month
