Banquet Porter

Signia by Hilton Orlando, and the adjacent, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, 2 Official Walt Disney World® Hotels are searching for a Banquet Porter to join their dynamic team! Between the 2 properties combined, there are over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges and over 350,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space.

Ideal candidate would be someone who has previous hospitality experience, preferably in stewarding or banquets. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to elevate their hospitality career at a large complex operation. The main job is to transport food between the kitchens and all banquet functions.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability. Canidate will work rotating shifts throughout the week.Weekends and holidays are required.

Pay Rate: $13.25 per hour plus gratuity

What will I be doing?

• Transports food between kitchens and banquet functions
• Washes dishes and other cooking utensils. Restocks all clean glasses, silverware and plates.
• Puts away food stock, and dry goods in their proper location, rotating “first in”, “first out”
• Removes the trash from all containers, taking it to the dumpster located on the loading dock
