Acerca del rol:

Participa en una o varias áreas del servicio de alimentos y bebidas, preparando y sirviendo bebidas a base de café con altos estándares de calidad y en línea con el concepto del establecimiento. Brinda una atención cercana, guiando a los clientes en la experiencia y los productos ofrecidos, siempre enfocado en superar sus expectativas y crear experiencias memorables

Lo que vas a hacer: 

• Encargado de la atención a los huéspedes y clientes así como la preparación de bebidas
• Reconocer las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes y clientes para anticipar las necesidades del cliente y resolver los problemas
• Tener pleno conocimiento de los menús de Alimentos y Bebidas, ingredientes, métodos de preparación, alérgenos, tiempos de preparación, etc., según el concepto del establecimiento.

Requisitos

• Bachiller
• Deseable tener formación como barista o en técnicas de preparación de café.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia barista y en el manejo de caja en hoteles o restaurantes de alta calidad
• Conocimiento en métodos de extracción de café como V60, Chemex, Prensa Francesa y Syphon,
• Conocimiento en perfiles de sabor y técnicas de preparación de café y estar en capacidad de explicarlos al huésped o cliente.
• Dominio en el servicio de bebidas calientes y frías, con presentaciones impecables que reflejen la identidad del establecimiento.
• Habilidad para ofrecer un servicio cálido y orientado al detalle, guiando al huésped con venta sugestiva y explicaciones claras sobre los productos.
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, gestionando múltiples pedidos de manera eficiente y asegurando tiempos óptimos de servicio.
