YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

• Craft and serve high‑quality juices, smoothies, and coffee beverages to W standards, ensuring consistent flavour, presentation, and speed.
• Deliver exceptional, energetic guest service, creating a personalised and memorable experience for every guest.
• Set up and maintain the morning beverage bar, ensuring all equipment, ingredients, and garnishes are stocked, fresh, and ready for service.
• Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including cutting fruit, batching juices, and organising mise en place for peak efficiency.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across the bar area, following food safety and brand guidelines at all times.
• Operate coffee machinery and blending equipment safely and confidently.
• Responsible for the daily operations at The Perception Bar. You are part of a bigger team, and the entire team is responsible for making the guests dreams come true.
• Ensure you are following service standards and operating procedures from the beginning to the end of each order and interaction.
• Showing guests our Whatever/Whenever service while they are with us, and connect with them to be able to personalize that service, creating memorable experiences.
• Making sure everything sparkles, we all enjoy a clean environment
• You will be working in a fast paced environment, under pressure, with loud music.
• We are ALL-IN, and have more teams that we cooperate with . We expect you to be flexible to work with other departments. You’re not the only one on stage.
• Communicating with your team and other departments is key.
