The gorgeous Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is looking for a guest focused Barista to join the team!
An oceanfront oasis located just across from East Beach and one mile from the Funk Zone district; Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is the ideal place to stay to experience Santa Barbara. Enjoy our 24-acre beachfront resort with tree-lined pool and tennis courts, on-site wine tastings, salon and spa, and much more.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least 1 year of Customer Service Experience, open availability – Early mornings, Afternoons, Weekends and Holidays, ability to multi-task, great customer service skills and POS/cash handling experience.
The hourly wage for this position is $16.50
What will I be doing:
A Barista will Greets, prepares, services, and takes guests’ orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Upsells additional items to enhance profitability. Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order. Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
