Reporting Line: Head Bartender / Drinks Director
Salary: Competitive, with service charge and benefits
Receive and serve drink and food orders in a timely, professional manner
Prepare and present a variety of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks
Provide recommendations and upsell where appropriate, enhancing the guest experience
Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently throughout service
Understand menu content, promotions, and specials, and communicate effectively to guests
Process customer bills accurately and handle payments in line with Hilton cash handling procedures
Support service delivery in bar lounge, restaurant, in-room dining or events as needed
Respond to guest questions and feedback promptly and with professionalism
Uphold Hilton’s grooming standards and maintain a polished appearance
Energetic and confident, with a guest-first approach
Skilled in cocktail preparation and bar service
Well-groomed and comfortable interacting with both local and international guests
