About the location:

Luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West. Nestled in a verdant mountain valley, Five-Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is surrounded by some of America’s most rugged peaks, celebrated ski runs and wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park. Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities.

 

 

Full Time Temporary

Responsibilities

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Assist guests in all inquiries, services, directions, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, recommendations for off property, etc.
  • The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
  • Escorts guests to their rooms while delivering luggage to room upon check-in.
  •  Picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
  • Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards.
  • Helps resolve customer complaints, and resolve issues related to the front drive.
  • Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman, Valet Driver or House car Attendant in absence of coworkers or when necessary.
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Performs duties related to guests and residents’ seasonal equipment storage or delivery of ski equipment and mountain bikes and related gear when needed.
  • Assist the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks and special requests.
  • Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off the hotel property.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication and fluent English skills are required.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
  •  Ability to use computer systems such as Opera, HotSOS and MS Excel.
  • Ability to push, pull or lift up to 60lbs through out shift.
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
