THE B&F OUTLETS MANAGER

The B&F Outlets Manager is a key member of the B&F leadership team, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of all food, beverage, and event operations across W London. Reporting directly to the Director of B&F, this role provides hands-on leadership across the department, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and outstanding guest experiences. As part of the leadership structure, the role is expected to support and represent the Director of B&F when required, maintaining continuity and momentum across outlets and service operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle F&B operations.
  • Proven track record overseeing multiple outlets and event operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.
  • Natural leader with presence, charisma, and an ability to inspire diverse teams.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership roles within hospitality.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity and guest experience delivery.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Business preferred.

 

YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT 

Leadership & Departmental Support

  • Support the Director of B&F in implementing the strategic direction and operational goals for the department.
  • Lead daily coordination of all outlets, ensuring service standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
  • Provide leadership presence on the floor and act as a key point of contact for both team members and guests.
  • Collaborate with outlet leaders, Culinary, and Events teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Represent the Director of B&F as needed to maintain leadership coverage and operational consistency.

Operational Management

  • Manage all B&F outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and event operations.
  • Ensure service delivery meets W’s bold, contemporary standards across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and floor leadership during service periods.
  • Maintain operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving and real-time decision-making.
  • Monitor product quality, service flow, and guest satisfaction across outlets.

Event Operations

  • Partner with the Events and Culinary teams to plan, staff, and execute on-property events.
  • Lead operational delivery for functions, activations, and private events, ensuring brand consistency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor event profitability, costs, and staffing efficiency.
  • Attend BEO meetings and ensure seamless communication between the Events, Culinary, and Operations teams to deliver consistent and flawless service execution.
  • Ensure all setups, service standards, and guest communications align with W London’s creative brand identity.
  • Anticipate guest and organizer needs, providing proactive solutions on the floor.
