Business Development & Sales Manager

The Business Development & Sales Manager plays a key strategic and operational role during the pre‑opening phase of Artlife Kempinski Residences Yerevan. The position is responsible for driving revenue generation, building commercial partnerships, developing digital and offline sales channels, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the residence’s positioning in local and international markets.

This role combines classical business development leadership with digital sales, e‑commerce, and commercial optimization responsibilities to ensure a successful pre‑opening launch and strong market entry.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES / MAIN TASKS

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and commercial strategy aligned with the opening timeline and revenue goals of the property.

• Lead all sales acquisition efforts, identify priority segments, establish strong B2B and B2C relationships, and drive lead generation for long-stay, rental, and residence ownership categories.

• Manage and elevate the digital distribution ecosystem, including website performance, OTA channels, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and online brand presence.

• Ensure accurate content, pricing integrity, and consistent representation of Artlife Kempinski Residences Yerevan on all online and offline platforms.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to build and maintain a competitive positioning for the residence in the Yerevan premium housing and branded residences market.
