Au sein des Villas privées de l’hôtel, vous veillerez au bon déroulement du séjour d’une clientèle haut de gamme.
Vous prendrez en charge les demandes des clients et effectuerez le suivi auprès des différents services de l’Hôtel.
Vous êtes le contact privilégié des clients de la Villa et êtes garant de leur confort durant la durée de leur séjour.
Vous êtes attentif(ve) aux remarques du client et vous savez travailler dans le respect des standards de qualité de l’hôtel.
Nos standards de qualité, de service, de culture et d’image sont les valeurs que nous développerons ensemble pour votre carrière.
Le poste est à pourvoir pour la saison 2026.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
– Français courant exigé
– Anglais courant exigé
– Maîtrise d’une 3ème langue appréciée
– Permis B obligatoire
– Maîtrise des techniques hôtelières
– Formation Hôtelière
– Expérience significative en restauration
– Ponctuel(e), Motivé(e) et Réactif(ve)
– Flexibilité et proactivité
– Excellente présentation
