Responsabilidades & Propósito da Posição: Responsável por organizar, coordenar e executar a produção da cozinha quente garantindo a qualidade, o sabor, a apresentação e a segurança dos alimentos, em conformidade com os padrões do hotel e normas sanitárias.
FUNÇÕES PRINCIPAIS
Organizar, protocolar e distribuir ordens de serviço.
Planejar ações e conduzir briefing do setor.
Realizar tarefas administrativas e acompanhar pedidos para os pontos de venda (PDVs).
Garantir organização, higiene e padrões de montagem no setor.
Supervisionar a equipe, distribuindo tarefas e acompanhando o desempenho diário.
Preparar, cozinhar e finalizar pratos de acordo com fichas técnicas e padrões de apresentação.
Controlar estoque de alimentos e insumos, evitando desperdícios.
Manter equipamentos, utensílios e áreas de trabalho limpos e em bom estado.
Participar de reuniões e treinamentos, comunicando ocorrências e necessidades ao superior.
Adaptar-se a mudanças operacionais e contribuir para campanhas de sustentabilidade.

Cumprir padrões de qualidade e cultura Hilton/H360.
Demonstrar atitude positiva, espírito de cooperação e liderança pelo exemplo.
Zelar por uniformes, áreas de trabalho e instalações.

QUALIFICAÇÕES
Ensino médio completo.
