Le Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe recrute un(e) Chef de Partie qui intégrera l’équipe de cuisine.
Vos missions :
Sous la responsabilité du chef de cuisine, vous êtes responsable de votre plan de travail ainsi que de la mise en place du service.
Vous participez aux travaux préparatoires de la cuisine afin de mener à bien l’exécution des plats dans le respect des fiches techniques et dans les délais impartis.
