Chef de Partie

Job Description

 

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in Room Service and Breakfast operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and room service dishes with consistency and creativity.
  • Ensure efficient mise en place and smooth service during early shifts.
  • Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery.
  • Support menu development for breakfast and in-room dining offerings.
  • Train and guide junior team members when required.
  • In charge of the breakfast and IRD operation

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
  • Strong background in breakfast and room service operations.
  • Knowledge of Asian and International cuisine is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
