W Edinburgh brings exciting new culinary destinations to the capital of Scotland. Situated on the 10th and 11th floors of the hotel, the spaces offer unrivalled panoramic view across the city, making it one of the most beautiful places in Edinburgh to dine.
Our signature restaurant is a partnership with SUSHISAMBA, which celebrates the culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru. The menus are a mix of new and signature dishes with an emphasis on bold flavours, the finest ingredients and artful presentations.
W Lounge is W Edinburgh’s social hub for guests and locals alike. Open from 11am until late, W Lounge showcases the best of Scottish produce in its food offering, complimented with innovative beverage concepts.
Furthermore, there is innovative Breakfast, Room Service and Event menus supporting the wider hotel operation, meaning there is always something new to learn!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel and the restaurant’s operation. This role will be primarily based within the SUSHISAMBA culinary team, however will also support across other areas of the kitchen as required. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, eager to learn and committed to excellence!
