About the location:
As a Hostess at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will play a pivotal role in creating the first impression for our guests. You will warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and address any inquiries they may have, ensuring each guest receives a seamless and exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
Your key responsibilities will include efficiently managing guest reservations, ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to seating, and maintaining high levels of service throughout the guest’s visit. In addition, you will assist in managing the flow of guests to optimize seating arrangements while ensuring the atmosphere remains welcoming and organized.
You will be expected to provide timely and accurate information to guests, including details about resort amenities and local attractions. Your role is crucial in maintaining a professional and courteous environment and ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their time at the resort.
