Cluster Director of Revenue Management – Hilton Tulum All Inclusive Resort & Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee revenue performance for two of Hilton’s premier luxury properties: Hilton Tulum All Inclusive Resort and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya, part of the Hilton Luxury Brands portfolio.
What will I be doing?
As Cluster Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for leading the cluster’s overall commercial strategy by analyzing market trends and partnering closely with Sales and Executive teams to optimize total revenue performance. You will guide the Revenue team in both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning to ensure all opportunities are maximized in alignment with organizational goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing the Revenue Management team to achieve both property-specific and cluster-wide revenue goals.

Creating and executing pricing strategies, forecasts, and rate structures based on current and future market dynamics.

Identifying business opportunities by analyzing data related to demand, competitor performance, and segment trends.

Preparing financial reports, monthly performance analysis, and presenting market segment outlooks to senior leadership.

Monitoring and analyzing lost, denied, cancelled, and waitlisted business for rooms and group/event space.

Balancing meeting space and room inventory to identify risks and opportunities, and presenting findings in weekly commercial strategy meetings.

Ensuring that all systems, processes, and team members are aligned and equipped to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
