At Hilton Americas–Houston, our Concierge team is the heartbeat of the guest experience. As a Concierge, you won’t just give directions or make reservations—you’ll create unforgettable moments in one of Houston’s most iconic downtown destinations.

Located steps away from the George R. Brown Convention Center and surrounded by Houston’s arts, dining, and sports scene, this role is perfect for someone who loves people, knows the city, and takes pride in delivering world-class hospitality.

A Concierge is responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted local expert, offering personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions across Houston

  • Anticipate guest needs and turn special requests into seamless experiences

  • Build genuine connections with guests, creating warm, memorable first and last impressions

  • Coordinate reservations, transportation, and special arrangements with accuracy and care

  • Represent the Hilton brand with professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail
