About the role

The Concierge Agent role reports to the Guest Service Manager and requires a high level of understanding and knowledge of UAE attractions, events, and experiences, as well as international destinations if required, combined with exceptional guest service skills and the ability to anticipate and fulfill diverse guest needs efficiently.

What you will do

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.https://careers.fourseasons.com/us/en/job/REQ10367100/Concierge-Agent
