We are looking for a friendly Conference host to join our hospitality team. The Conference host will be responsible for managing the day to day running of our conference space, preparing break out areas, and fulfilling guest requests, while matching the needs of the business. The candidate will be assisting as well with food and beverage operations.
A top-notch Conference host should be able to stand and walk for extended periods and thrive in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates are able to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds and maintain professionalism at all times.
What will you be doing?
-Welcoming clients and providing guidance throughout the day.
-Answering questions and addressing concerns of clients in a charming, polite manner.
-Creating a positive and memorable customer experience
-Ensuring that the Conference room is set -up and clean prior to and after the event as per the requirements.
-Maintaining a smooth and organized flow within the restaurant operations.
-Supporting office duties as and when required.
