Culinary Intern (Pastry)

Kickstart your career in luxury hospitality with Marriott International!

Build on your classroom learning through our Hotel Internship Program, where you’ll gain real-world experience in hotel operations—starting in the heart of the kitchen. As a Pastry Intern, you’ll work closely with our talented culinary team, assisting in the preparation, presentation, and production of world-class pastries and desserts.

This 6-month internship offers hands-on training in a dynamic kitchen environment, exposure to luxury culinary standards, and the opportunity to develop key skills in creativity, precision, and service excellence.

What You’ll Experience:

Learn first-hand how hotel kitchens operate from prep to plate

Assist in producing and presenting pastries, baked goods, and desserts

Support daily kitchen operations and uphold hygiene standards

Gain insights into Marriott’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction

Be immersed in a supportive team culture that fosters growth and development

To be considered, you must:

Be a current college or university student, preferably majoring in Culinary Arts or Hospitality

Have a passion for pastry and an eagerness to learn

Be available for a full-time, 6-month internship commitment
