About the Role

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Understand the function of each electric equipment and know how to apply on each occasion.
• Using right tools and applying correct method to each specific tasks.
• Adhere the MOHG food safety policy and apply the company food safety program all time.
• To be fully aware of designated section menu, recipes, method of production and presentation standards
• Prepares the necessary food items in accordance with standards in a timely & efficient fashion to ensure that there is no interruption to guests’ service.
• Execute all food items with standard recipe and plating guide as devised by Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Keeps workstation clean and organized including, but no limited to, floor, wall, fridges, freezers, counter tops, stove tops, equipment, and tools.
