Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi made a wow debut in 2019 and is already recognized as one of the finest resorts in the world. What will I be doing?

Director of Food & Beverage for Waldorf Astoria Maldives will lead the functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food, and beverage operations, including distinct dining experiences in a selection of 11 uniquely positioned restaurants and bars with a tailor-made bespoke menu.

The position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures the implementation of the brand service and initiatives. To ensure the food and beverage operation meets the customer needs, ensuring team member satisfaction and focusing on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department.
