About the role:

As Director of Food & Beverage, You have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently, and ensuring that our Food and Beverage offering is at the center of our guest experience. You have expertise in innovative F&B promotions and marketing, strong business and financial acumen, excellent listening skills and be an inspirational leader to your team. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and be responsible for setting the strategic vision and for leading the outlets in a way that ensures the operational and financial success.

What You will do:

• Provide leadership and management for all Food and Beverage departments by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the division.
• Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the F&B team through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for outlets operation.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions.
• Forecasting, budget planning, and financial analysis to maximize profit in the department, division and hotel.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to design effective menus, wine lists, beverage and bar programs and amenity options considering factors such as product availability, food and service cost, marketing conditions and business volume.
• Help plan and approve external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the F&B division.
