Director of Weddingsは東京屈指の高級ウエディング会場の一つにおいて、ウエディング事業全体の戦略、収益実績、および運営の卓越性を統括する責任を担います。この役職は、ウエディングの営業およびプランニングのあらゆる側面を監督し、革新的な営業戦略、卓越した顧客体験、そして高級ウエディング市場における強固なパートナーシップを通じて、事業の成長を推進します。Director of Weddingsは、マンダリン オリエンタルの伝説的なサービス基準を反映したオーダーメイドのウエディングセレモニーが円滑に執り行われるよう確保しつつ、高いパフォーマンスを発揮するチームを育成・率いる責任を負います。
Director of WeddingsはDirector of Catering Salesにレポートします。
As Director of Weddings, you will be responsible for the following duties:
ウエディング営業チームを率い、鼓舞し、育成し、高い業績、エンゲージメント、および専門的な成長を確保する。
ウエディング部門における年間売上高、収益性、および市場シェアの目標を達成するための戦略的営業計画を策定し、実行する。
革新的な営業施策、ターゲットを絞ったマーケティング活動、そして卓越した顧客エンゲージメントを通じて、マンダリン オリエンタル 東京を業界をリードするラグジュアリー・ウェディングの拠点として位置づける。
ウェディングプランナー、ブライダルエージェンシー、ラグジュアリーブランド、主要パートナー、および富裕層顧客との強固な関係を構築・維持し、新たなビジネスチャンスを創出する。
お問い合わせ対応、会場視察、提案書の作成、契約交渉から、イベントの完了および事後フォローアップに至るまでの営業プロセス全体を統括する。
コンバージョン率、予約ペース、収益の最適化を推進するとともに、アップセルの機会を特定し、ゲスト体験の向上を図る。
マーケティング、収益管理、宴会運営、料理部門、客室部門、スパ、およびその他のホテル部門と緊密に連携し、シームレスで記憶に残る祝賀イベントを提供する。
