The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and innovative leader with excellent organization and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a talent for building teams. This individual must thrive in high-pressure environments and excel in building and maintaining partnerships. At least 3-5 years of Executive Chef experience with a background in fine dining is required.
What will I be doing?
As Executive Chef, you would be responsible for directing and administering the planning, preparation, production and control of all culinary operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
