また、将来を見据えたチームビルディングなど、戦略面でも重要な役割をお任せ致します。
-エクゼクティブラウンジにかかるオペレーション全般のリードおよびチームメンバーの指導、育成、勤怠管理
-ゲストからの各種お問い合わせ対応（リクエスト、ご意見、苦情等のフォローアップを含む）
-緊急時対応（地震・火事・台風など）の指揮、防災・防犯の手順のアップデートおよび定期的な確認
-各種管理およびレポーティング（例：部門経費、予約状況、インシデント等）
-目標達成のための計画から実行（現状分析、プラン作成、およびアクションの実行）
-他部門リーダーと連携した、ホテル全体のオペレーションの円滑なコントロール
-接客（チェックイン・チェックアウト対応、VIPゲスト応対）
-客室のステータスおよび販売状況の管理

応募資格
-ホテル宿泊管理部門での管理職経験、またはそれに準ずる経験
-基本的なPCスキル（メール・インターネット等）に加え、Microsoftオフィス（Word/Excel/PowerPoint）の利用経験
-語学力
英語：ビジネスレベル（会話：ゲスト対応や社内会議ができる／読み書き：英語メールや資料作成ができる）
日本語：ネイティブレベルの日本語力（日本語が母語でない方はJLPT1級必須）
