Job Mission:  As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurants in your area or time slot, contributing to the success of the hotel through excellence in service and customer satisfaction.

 

What will you have to do?

 

  1. Control and ensure the daily and monthly inventory procedures for tableware, glassware, cutlery and decorative items.
  2. Supervise and ensure compliance with EISI reporting procedures and general department monitoring.
  3. Manage preventive maintenance and deep cleaning of bar department machinery.
  4. Manage the cost allocated to the department, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and promoting up-selling.
  5. Facilitate the updating and status of the department’s menus, liquor lists, wine lists, and promotions.
  6. Supervise the performance testing of the different machines and equipment, ensuring their correct operation.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Education and training:  Tourism, Hospitality or similar.
  • Languages:  Advanced level of English. 
  • Specific skills:  Knowledge of the latest trends in dining room management, experience with REVO and POS systems, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Skills and qualities:  Teamwork, service orientation, quality and professionalism, global and strategic vision, communication and influence. Creativity and innovation.
  • Experience:  Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in the sector.
