About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the F&B Outlet Manager is responsible for our F&B outlets. The F&B Outlet Manager reports to the Hotel Manager.

As F&B Outlet Manager, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Responsible for the smooth operation in our outlets
• Maintains a complete working knowledge of the menu, wine list and any special promotions
• Vacation and duty roster planning for both departments
• Contact person for guest requests and complaints
• Control of mise en place for the daily business
• Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards

As F&B Outlet Manager, we expect from you:

• Experience in a similar work environment and in a manager position
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Structured and organized way of working
• Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
• Very good communication skills in German and English
