About the Role:

The F&B Supervisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience across all outlets. This position supports the Food & Beverage leadership team by supervising daily operations, guiding the service staff, and ensuring that Four Seasons standards of hospitality, quality, and guest engagement are consistently upheld.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise daily operations across the Terrazza Danieli, the bar, and other F&B outlets.
• Lead, motivate, and support service teams during shifts, ensuring the delivery of consistent Four Seasons standards.
• Ensure a warm, attentive, and personalized guest experience.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Bar teams to maintain smooth communication and operational flow.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and manage service recovery with professionalism.
• Oversee mise en place and overall service quality before, during, and after service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Support inventory control, ordering processes, and stock management.
• Participate in staff coaching and contribute to developing team performance and service excellence.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-driven work environment.

What You Bring:

• 2–3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage operational role, ideally within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to supervising teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and polished professional presence.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and luxury service practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with guests and inspire your team
• A refined sense of taste, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
