Job Description

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team in North Jakarta, Indonesia. In this pivotal supervisory role, you will lead and inspire a talented team while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and professionalism. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and contributing to the organization’s revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities, develop your team’s skills, and make a meaningful impact on our guests’ dining experiences.

  • Supervise and mentor the Food and Beverage team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and skill development
  • Ensure all products and services meet established quality standards and comply with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage daily F&B operations, including restaurant and bar service, to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain brand consistency
  • Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance, identifying needs and minimizing losses and breakage
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while maintaining cost efficiency and profit margins
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and keeping management informed
  • Coordinate with other departments (front office, reservations, housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct staff training and onboarding programs, ensuring all team members understand service standards, safety protocols, and product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace that adheres to the organization’s environmental commitments and security regulations
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, labor costs, and operational metrics to support decision-making
  • Promote special offers and the full range of F&B products to encourage guest loyalty and maximize revenue opportunities
