We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team in North Jakarta, Indonesia. In this pivotal supervisory role, you will lead and inspire a talented team while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and professionalism. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and contributing to the organization’s revenue growth. • Supervise and mentor the Food and Beverage team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and skill development
• Ensure all products and services meet established quality standards and comply with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Manage daily F&B operations, including restaurant and bar service, to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain brand consistency
• Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance, identifying needs and minimizing losses and breakage
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while maintaining cost efficiency and profit margins
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and keeping management informed
• Coordinate with other departments (front office, reservations, housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Conduct staff training and onboarding programs, ensuring all team members understand service standards, safety protocols, and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace that adheres to the organization’s environmental commitments and security regulations
• Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, labor costs, and operational metrics to support decision-making
